In late 2010 we switched realtors and went with George Denney and Michelle Konefsky. Our condo had been on the market for almost a year at that point and we had no offers. Once George and Michelle took over we started to see more and more people visit. In March of 2011 we were able to sell our condo. Michelle and George were very professional and helpful in the negotiation process and were very knowledgeable of the market trends. From initial offer to settlement date Michelle was on top of everything and we didn’t have to worry on settlement date about forgetting anything.
 
We also decided to use George and Michelle as our realtors to purchase a new house. Michelle was very patient with us and drove us around to see a few dozen homes. We were looking in a few different towns but eventually decided upon a beautiful house in Cinnaminson. This closing didn’t go as smoothly as the previous one in part because of the sellers but Michelle was very patient and determined to work with the selling realtor and eventually get us into our new home at a price that was comfortable to us.
 
Buying and selling a home is one of the most important processes in your life and can be very stressful as well. If the time ever comes to go through it again I only hope George and Michelle are still in the area because I would not hesitate to use their services again. Trust me when I say you will have one of the best realtors in the South Jersey area if you go with George Denney and Michelle Konefsky.
